The things you need to know about the 2019 North American International Auto Show

It’s crunch time, because you have only 12 days to get to the 2019 North American International Auto Show. But fear not, we’ve got you covered with some of the best and craziest cars that will be a staple in your household for the next 20 years.

Best way to get a first-hand look at the classics that you’ll treasure all year long: Ride the X CAR on Sunday, Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. this Sunday on CNN. Oh, and there’s a giant all-you-can-eat sushi buffet.

Perhaps the most important part of the show: The Consumer Preview. In the spirit of fans getting to try out cars and trucks that are headed to dealers, this is where you will see all the new models for 2019. And you’ll get the first chance to snag those coveted car seats and suspension parts for your 2019 model.

The new ’90s is in this year. We’re going to focus on a few classic models so that you get a real dose of ’90s nostalgia. This is your chance to check out ’93 Jeeps, ’95 Cadillacs, and/or a ’97 Fisker, to name a few. We even have a couple cars in there that you’ll want to throw your money at because you know you just love them.

If you want to avoid all the hubbub and Black Friday deals, however, the auto show is open until Thursday, Feb. 14. The show is located in Cobo Center in Detroit.
