Seventeen North American tours or an album and a live album will keep it touring until at least 25 years after the first concert
BTS is touring again after two years and very happy about it
The South Korean boy band BTS, pronounced “be yourself”, looks set to keep touring for a number of years.
BTS (with four initials), comprised of five members – Jin, Jimin, Suga, J-Hope and RM – made its US debut at the Sprint Center in Kansas City in January 2017.
The tour proved so popular that the band followed it up with an American tour last June. The dates were sold out, and earned a reported $66m in ticket sales. Fans sold out San Jose, Minnesota and Denver, Colorado over two weekends last summer, as well as Sacramento, California; Washington, DC; and New York. Then, in November, a seven-city swing across the UK and Ireland was announced.
